  • Which e-signature tool do you work with?

    All the major ones: PandaDoc, DocuSign, HelloSign, Adobe Sign, and SignNow. If you're not committed to one yet, we usually recommend PandaDoc for proposals + contracts in one tool, or HelloSign for simple service businesses.

  • Can it handle complex routing — multiple signers in order?

    Yes. Sequential signing, parallel signing, conditional routing based on contract value or type — all standard. We map this in the doc plan during the audit so the right people sign in the right order, every time.

  • Where do the signed docs go?

    Wherever you want — Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, Notion, or a proper DMS. Files are named consistently (client_doctype_date), filed in the right folder, and linked back in your CRM.

  • Can it pull pricing from my CRM?

    Yes. We connect to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, GHL, Close, and most modern CRMs. Deal value, line items, custom fields — all available as merge variables in your templates.

  • What about version control on templates?

    Single source of truth in a master library. Templates have versions, and old versions are archived rather than deleted. When you update a template, every new doc uses the latest version automatically.
