/the guide

Built by people who've dropped the ball themselves.

Every owner has had that moment: a client signed, then heard nothing for three days because something fell through. We build the onboarding sequence that runs the second the contract's signed — welcome, kickoff, assets, handoff — so the bar gets set right.

Part of Automation Workflows.

/the plan

Three steps to onboarding
that wows.

  1. 01

    Book the audit.

30 minutes. We walk through your current onboarding (or absence of one) end-to-end.

  2. 02

    Get your onboarding map.

Touchpoint sequence, asset collection plan, internal handoffs. Yours to keep.

  3. 03

    We build it.

Live in 2 weeks. Sign → welcome → kickoff → handoff, all automatic.

/what changes

What changes
in the first month.

01

No client ever sits in limbo wondering if they're forgotten.

02

Kickoff calls happen on schedule, with everything you need ready.

03

Your team stops scrambling for intake info during the call.

04

Onboarding becomes a sales asset — clients tell friends.

/investment

What it costs to wing it.

Every clunky onboarding is a refund risk, a referral you didn't earn, and a churn flag the client will remember at renewal. Fixing this once removes a category of problems permanently.

We're not in the fear business. But the math is the math.

/questions

Things buyers
ask first.

Don't see yours? Ask on the audit call.

  • Does it work for service businesses and SaaS?

Both. We've built onboarding flows for agencies, consultants, contractors, SaaS apps, and coaching practices. The pattern is the same: contract signed → welcome → kickoff → asset collection → handoff. The specifics adapt to your business.

  • What e-signature tool do you use?

Whatever you use. HelloSign, DocuSign, PandaDoc, and Adobe Sign all work. If you don't have one yet, we usually recommend HelloSign for simple service work or PandaDoc if you need proposals + contracts in one tool.

  • Can it handle different client types?

Yes. We build branching logic so a "starter" client gets one sequence, a "premium" client gets another, with different kickoff calls, asset requests, and team assignments per track.

  • What if a client doesn't fill out the intake?

The system chases them. Polite reminders go out at 2 days, 4 days, and 7 days. If they still haven't responded, your team gets a Slack ping to make a personal call. Nothing slips through.

  • How does it know who on my team to assign?

Routing rules — by service type, geography, capacity, or round-robin. We map this in the onboarding plan during the audit so the system always assigns the right person.

Let's make onboarding
the best part.

30 minutes. No pitch. You'll leave with an onboarding map whether we build it or not.
