Automation for
accounting and
bookkeeping firms.

Stop spending Q1 on data entry. Stop chasing client documents. Stop manually preparing reports.

/the problem

Your firm is built on deadlines. So why is half of it still manual?

EXTERNAL

Client document collection is a monthly fire drill.

Email reminders, phone calls, "did you send me the bank statement?" — the same chase every month, eating hours that should be billable.

EXTERNAL

Engagement letters and proposals take an hour each.

Every new client means re-keying scope, fees, and terms into a template that's two years old. By the time it's signed, the client's gone cold.

EXTERNAL

You're still doing data entry that QuickBooks should do itself.

Bank feeds, receipts, and categorization eat your team's mornings. Automation tools exist — they're just not wired into your workflow.

EXTERNAL

Tax season eats your team alive.

From January to April, your firm runs on caffeine and overtime. Most of it is preventable with better intake, reminders, and routing.

/the guide

We've built workflows for firms that actually want to leave the office at 5pm.

We integrate with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Karbon, Canopy, and TaxDome. We know the difference between an engagement letter and a SOW. Based in Idaho Falls, we build systems for firms that want to grow without doubling headcount.

/the plan

Three steps to a firm that runs without the all-nighters.

  1. 01

    Book the audit.

30 minutes. We learn your client intake, document flow, and where the bottlenecks are.

  2. 02

    Get your report.

Three highest-impact automations for your firm. Yours to keep.

  3. 03

    We build it.

Live in 2–4 weeks. Documented for your team, owned by you, ready before next tax season.

/what we build

What we build for accounting firms.

01

Client portal + automated document requests

Branded portal where clients drop documents. Automatic reminders escalate until you have what you need — no more calling for the missing 1099.

02

Auto-generated engagement letters and proposals

New client triggers a templated engagement letter with scope, fees, and terms — sent for e-signature within minutes.

03

Bookkeeping workflow automation

Bank feeds, rule-based categorization, reconciliation reminders, and exception routing — set up once, run monthly without manual touch.

04

Tax season workflow + deadline reminders

Client intake forms, document checklists, internal deadline tracking, and automated reminders so nothing slips between January and April.

05

Firm performance dashboard

One view of clients onboarded, work-in-progress, realization rates, and capacity per team member. Data your partners can act on.

06

Review and referral automation

Post-close, happy clients automatically get review requests and referral prompts. Your firm grows without you cold-calling.

/what changes

What your week looks like after.

Document collection happens without you chasing.

Engagement letters go out same day, not same week.

Bookkeeping monthly close finishes on time, every time.

Tax season feels like a normal busy quarter.

/the stakes

The firms that automate are the ones taking on more clients without burning out the team.

While other firms are pulling all-nighters in March, your team's heading home. While they're losing prospects to slow proposals, you're closing same-week. Automation isn't replacing accountants — it's freeing them to do the work that actually requires judgment.

/faq

Questions accounting & bookkeeping operators ask.

Do you integrate with Karbon, Canopy, and TaxDome?+
Yes. Karbon, Canopy, TaxDome, Ignition, Jetpack Workflow, and most modern firm-management platforms are all standard. If your platform has an API or Zapier connector, we can wire it.
Can you automate bookkeeping categorization?+
Yes — through rule-based engines and AI categorization (Dext, AutoEntry, or QuickBooks/Xero rules). We tune the rules to your client mix and set up exception routing so the team only sees what actually needs judgment.
Will this be ready before tax season?+
Depends when you start. Engagement and intake automation builds in 2–4 weeks. Full tax-season workflows take 4–6 weeks. Starting in Q3 or early Q4 gives plenty of runway.
What about client data security?+
Everything runs on tools you already trust (or that we recommend specifically for sensitive workflows). We don't move data outside your existing stack — we wire your existing tools together. SOC 2 and bank-level encryption are table stakes.
We're a small firm — is this overkill?+
Small firms benefit the most. Without a full ops team, automation becomes your operations layer. We scale the system to your client count and your team size — and your monthly tooling cost stays small.
